The questions every host asks first.

01 How does your pricing actually work?
Flat per-check-out, by number of bedrooms. €60 / €80 / €100 / €120 for 1/2/3/4-bedroom apartments. That price is everything — clean, linen rental, laundry, inspection, welcome kit. No add-ons, no consumables billed at month-end, no surprises.
02 Who owns the linen — me or you?
We do. Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels — all BluWave-owned hotel-grade stock. We supply a fresh set every check-out, take the used set away, launder it and rotate it back into circulation. You never buy, store or replace linen again.
03 What's your turnaround time between guests?
We work to the standard Maltese STR window — guest out by 11:00, next guest in from 15:00. Inside that window, a 1- or 2-bedroom is comfortable; 3- and 4-bedroom flips are crewed accordingly so the window never gets tight.
04 Can you do same-day check-outs?
Same-day check-outs are the default — that's the whole point. The exception is back-to-backs with non-standard timings (very early check-in or very late check-out), which we'll always flag in advance and crew accordingly.
05 Is there a minimum number of properties?
No hard minimum. We're happy to start with a single apartment — most of our portfolio relationships started that way. We do prioritise hosts inside our core service corridor and portfolios of 3+ units when capacity is tight.
06 What happens if you find damage during an inspection?
You get a written report and photographs the same day, before the next guest arrives. That gives you a clean evidence trail for an Airbnb / Booking.com damage claim, plus the chance to fix anything blocking the next check-in. We never sit on issues to "be nice" — quiet damage compounds.
