We work the central harbour area only. Keeping our crews in one compact area is what keeps turnarounds tight and makes last-minute swaps actually happen.
Cleaning is a flat price per check-out by apartment size: €40 / €50 / €62 / €75 (excl. VAT) for 1/2/3/4 bedrooms, inspection included. Linen and guest supplies are billed per piece, based on what you choose for each booking in your portal. You always see the full total before we arrive.
In your client portal: choose the apartment, the date and how many guests arrive. We propose the linen and supplies from your guest count and your standard set; you adjust anything and send the request. We confirm it in the portal.
We do. Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels are BluWave-owned hotel-grade stock. We bring fresh linen every check-out, take the used set away, launder it and rotate it back. You never buy, store or replace linen, and you only pay for the pieces each stay uses.
A video walk-through and photos of the apartment, recorded by our supervisor at the end of the clean, in your portal the same day. If something is damaged or missing you’ll see it before the next guest arrives, with the evidence you need for an Airbnb or Booking.com claim.

The standard Maltese short-let window: guest out by 11:00, next guest in from 15:00. Same-day check-outs are the default; unusual timings are flagged in advance and crewed accordingly.
No. We happily start with a single apartment. We cover the area from Pembroke to the Three Cities, and when capacity is tight we prioritise portfolios of 3+ units.
We reply the same working day with a price for your apartments and your own portal link to start booking.
